I chose this bag because it reminded me of a chocolate covered strawberry and hints of mild amaretto. Such an amazing filtered coffee and a fun espresso.

The Regional Select program highlights unique profiles that are inherent to various microclimates. This is a blend of coffees from regional and microregional traceability, but are not farm or producer specific. Ermera is East Timor’s premier coffee producing region, accounting for half of the nation’s total coffee production.
